Website and demo terms

Neupla is operated by iNewton under the Neupla trade name (“Neupla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to neupla.com, its assessment forms, and Neupla’s public demonstration telephone numbers. Production services are governed by a separate customer agreement.

Demonstrations only

Named attendants such as Ari, Rio, Kai, Leo, and Luna are AI voice demonstrations. They are not real charter, rental, repair, or restaurant operators. Information, requests, dates, prices, and availability discussed in a public demo are illustrative and do not create a reservation, service appointment, payment obligation, or other transaction.

No confirmed booking without confirmation

In a production service, a request is not confirmed until the business operator—or a separately validated availability and payment workflow—expressly confirms it. Users should not rely on a captured request as proof of availability.

Acceptable use

Do not use the websites or demonstrations to break the law, harass others, impersonate a person or business, transmit payment-card details by voice, probe or disrupt the service, or submit sensitive information unrelated to the demonstrated purpose.

AI and call disclosures

The attendants identify themselves as AI. A call may be recorded or transcribed when the call opening provides the applicable disclosure. If you do not want to participate in a recorded or transcribed demonstration, end the call and use the website assessment form instead.

Intellectual property

Neupla’s websites, attendant designs, copy, software, octopus mark, and other materials are owned by iNewton, used under the Neupla trade name, or used with permission. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights.

Third-party services

Telecommunications, hosting, AI-processing, messaging, calendar, and payment features may depend on third-party services. Neupla is not responsible for third-party outages or terms, although production workflows will be designed with explicit failure and human-handoff paths.

Disclaimers and limits

Demonstrations are provided for evaluation and may make mistakes, misunderstand speech, or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Neupla provides the public demonstrations without warranties and is not liable for decisions or transactions based on demo content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the website and demonstrations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
