Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how iNewton LLC, doing business as Neupla (“Neupla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information submitted through neupla.com, Cal.com consultations, calls to Ari, and voice-attendant demonstrations.

Information we collect

When you schedule a consultation through Cal.com, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact information, and appointment time. We may also receive information you provide during a consultation or service relationship.

When you call Ari or a voice demonstration, we may receive the calling number, call timing and duration, conversation content, request details, transcripts, and an audio recording when the call opening provides the applicable notice.

How we use information

We use information to arrange consultations, respond to callback requests, operate and improve demonstrations and services, configure attendants, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages from Neupla, such as call, order and urgent-call alerts for a business you work with, or a summary of a call you asked us to text you, we use your mobile number only to send those messages and to respond to your replies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Analytics, cookies, and security

We use Cloudflare to host, protect, and measure aggregate website traffic and performance. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technology to distinguish legitimate traffic from abuse. Neupla does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising on this website.

We also use Google Analytics to measure visits to our public pages and clicks on phone and consultation links. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and processes browser, device, referral, and interaction information. We configure our events to omit URL query strings and fragments, and we do not send contact form values, booking details, call recordings, or transcripts to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. For more information, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block Analytics using browser controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers and disclosure

We use Cal.com to schedule consultations. Details you enter in its embedded calendar are handled by Cal.com and shared with Neupla for the appointment. We may also share information with providers that perform hosting, telecommunications, AI processing, analytics, messaging, security, and professional services for Neupla. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably needed for those services or required by law. This does not apply to text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with third parties.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, service delivery, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online or telecommunications system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may opt out of promotional calls or texts at any time; messages needed to respond to an active request may still be sent when appropriate.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
